Elemental

The newest Disney film, Elemental, arrives in theaters this weekend. In a metropolis where inhabitants representing fire, water, land, and air coexist, a spirited young woman and a laid-back guy uncover a fundamental truth: the surprising extent they have in common.

What follows is The Good, The Bad, and The Spoilers of Elemental.

The Good

Elemental is family-friendly film and delivers an engaging storyline that centers around the heartwarming message of unity, as individuals with diverse backgrounds and abilities come together. It skillfully emphasizes the value of embracing differences, showcasing the strength that emerges when people unite despite their unique qualities. The movie's positive and inclusive themes make it not only entertaining for all ages but also a source of inspiration for fostering understanding and cooperation. With its uplifting message, the film stands out as a feel-good experience that encourages viewers to celebrate diversity and forge meaningful connections.

The Bad

The only aspect that truly distracted me while watching Elemental was the main character, Wade’s, emotional outburst of crying. The character's overwhelming emotional demeanor tends to take away from the scene, often becoming distracting rather than being complementary.

My Overall Opinion

I give Elemental a score of 8 out of 10.
