Five Nights at Freddy’s

Five Nights at Freddy’s is the latest videogame turned movie. A security guard facing difficulties takes up a job at Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria. On his inaugural night shift, he quickly discovers that getting through the late hours at Freddy's won't be a simple task.

What follows is The Good, The Bad, and The Spoilers of Five Nights at Freddy’s.

The Good

Five Nights at Freddy’s keeps you hooked with a good dose of fun while cranking up the creepiness, all thanks to these spooky automatons. The chilling vibe kicks in as these mechanical creatures become a major part of the story, making it a bit unnerving but totally entertaining. The story that was used to bring this videogame to the big screen felt original. The movie was a perfect mix of fun and eerie, making the movie stand out for a unique movie night.

The Bad

Five Nights at Freddy’s falls into the trap of predictability, with the audience easily foreseeing the twist that the cop is in on it and identifying the bad guy long before the big reveal. The lack of surprises undermines the suspense, leaving viewers wishing for more unexpected turns in the plot.

My Overall Opinion

I give Five Nights at Freddy’s a 5 out of 10.
